I have a thing for cookbooks with a lot of pictures. I don't know what it is, but I need to see what I'm cooking before I want to cook it. All Fired Up is full of great pictures, tips, and techniques! After much deliberation, we decided on the Brown Sugar Pork Chops With Peach BBQ Sauce.
We used pork loin cut up instead of pork chops with the bone in. We made the mixture and chilled it for 30 minutes.
Next we made the sauce and took the meat out to the grill. We basted it with half of the peach mixture while grilling.
