Wellness Brewed™ K-Cup® packs + Promo Code

As the New Year began, I was reading countless posts about those trying to live healthier.   Now that we're half way through February, I'm curious how many of those are sticking to it.  The new Wellness Brewed™ K-Cup® packs are exclusively sold at WellnessBrewed.com.  These K-cup Packs are a perfect way to balance smart choices with delicious coffee, tea, or fruit blends from your the leading brands brands: Green Mountain Coffee®, Celestial Seasonings®, and Vitamin Burst®.  As a K-cup Ambassador, I was sent this "fresh start" kit.

The pack included a plant starter kit and assortment of tea/coffee. I'm really not a hot tea drinker, but I do realize the benefits of green tea.  As soon as I start feeling bad, I make a cup and add honey.  It almost always makes me feel better.   We have been sick a lot lately, so I'll try anything to keep this yuck away.  The Vitamin Burst cups weren't bad - I like iced tea.

We do a small garden each year in addition to the fields at my parent's house.  I suggest growing your favorites this year too, because I heard the price of produce is going up.  I've never really grown my own herbs, but I'm going to start.  Even families with small spaces can start their own herb garden in a window.  I don't really have any use for Marigolds, so I'll plant another herb that I use often in its place.

Visit WellnessBrewed.com to learn more and to view all of their products.  Use the coupon code, BEWELL8122, for 15% off off Wellness Brewed K-Cup® Packs at GreenMountainCoffee.com through February 20th.

I don't use K-cups--but I think it is a marvelous idea to have them with nutritional additives--definitely a new idea. As for growing herbs--well let's just say I tried that once-----a green thumb I do not have!!

I'm not a coffee drink, but I love those herb garden sets! Those are so cool! I would love the marigolds. They are just so beautiful.

Very cute! We garden every year and as my kids get older they really look forward to planting season. Love our K-cups and wish our local Costco had more of a selection of the big packs of them.

This sounds like an awesome healthy boost for the day and I love that you grow on your own little garden.

I love growing my own herbs. There are so fresh when you add them to your recipes. I also like the idea of your coffee having nutritional additives. We drink a ton of coffee so this would be a plus.
