Mozzarella Stick Bites Recipe

We are cheese lovers in this house. When I saw a recipe for Mozzarella Sticks that I can make from cheese sticks on Pinterest, I had to try it! After making these, I'll never buy Mozzarella sticks again - we'll just make these. They're incredibly easy and addicting.

Ingredients-
Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
Milk
Bread Crumbs(I used Italian bread crumbs)
Pizza Sauce

Instructions-
Cut the Mozzarella Sticks into desired bite size pieces. Dip the sticks into milk and then into the bread crumbs. I used my NuWave oven to bake them, but you can use a regular oven. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the bread crumbs start to darken. Enjoy with pizza sauce.

How did you keep yours from melting? I tried in a regular oven & it melted into pools of melted cheese & bread crumbs.

Yum! We can't buy store-bought since we are gluten free, but this is a great new way to make them at home.

wonder if egg would be better than milk to keep the crumbs on?
