Wordful Wednesday - New View...
It has been an insane week! Our house is getting close to being packed up and we'll be moving out(and in with my parents) this weekend. We have also finalized a contract on our next house. Our offer was accepted and as long as inspection goes well, this will be our new view from our new dock in just over a month! It is a "fixer upper" so I'll be sharing many remodeling ideas and pictures over the next few months. I'm a DIY Network addict right now. :)

Wonderful view 24/7? U lucky dog! Hey, we bought what they call a Handy Man Special and we got our home $50,000 less then what the going rate was in our neighborhood, but you know what? My husband and I had a blast remodeling, and we got what we wanted not what was already there. Some people would say, "Oh, it's painted yellow in the kitchen, but I'd really like peach". They would leave it yellow. We had a blast & we're still remodeling and we've been here 12 yrs. & have no intention on moving because we did this. Good luck.
