Happy Birthday To ... ME + Updates

Today is my Birthday.  How is it possible that I'm already 27 years old with three kids? It feels like my husband and I just got married - and here we are almost 7 years later. We have been at the beach for the past week celebrating my "Birthday Week".

I have been meaning to write a few posts with various updates, so I thought I'd throw it all in this one. We got an offer on our house a few weeks ago and it is currently under contract! Everything has gone well in the process, but the appraisal was yesterday and the sale is contingent on our house being under a certain square footage for the type of loan the buyer wants. The appraiser said she'd call us last night or this mornings if there were any issues, so it looks like we're in the clear(*crossing fingers*).  This was the last step before closing later this month.  I feel like we settled when we built this house, so my husband and I are taking our own sweet time deciding our next move. We have been looking at houses and lots but haven't found anything too exciting. We close on the 28th and thankfully we have my parents to live with while we decide what to do next.

I also mentioned going to Disney and we did book our trip for September! I will be planning more after we close on our house, so please leave any and all tips on my Disney World post.

My babies are all doing well - Evan and Isabella will be turning 5 and 3 in less than 2 months! Kallie Jane is 3 months and even though 1 and 2 months snuck past me, I will be writing a 3 month post soon with many new pictures.

I am heading to my mom's house right now to enjoy the rest of this beautiful day, but will be back tomorrow start getting caught up with some great reviews/giveaways!
