Lady And The Tramp Diamond Edition On Blu-ray February 7, 2012

Lady And The Tramp is a Disney classic that all ages can appreciate. Thankfully, my parents still had it on VHS so that my children could enjoy it. I was thrilled to learn that Lady And The Tramp was coming to Blu-ray and my little family can watch this classic at home.
A classic love story unfolds in the best Disney tradition as a lovely young pedigreed cocker spaniel named Lady, who lives a pampered life, finds herself falling romantically for Tramp, an amorous street-smart pooch without prospects. Although they have fun together on several dates, including a sentimental spaghetti dinner by moonlight at Tony’s restaurant, their relationship is strained not only by Lady’s loyalty to her human family and their newborn baby, but by Tramp’s devil-may-care attitude that eventually gets Lady in trouble and tossed into the dog pound. However, good-hearted Tramp redeems himself by saving the baby from potential harm and thus wins Lady’s love and the affection of her human family.
I loved learning a little more about the "behind the scenes".

Evan got so excited when the Lady And The Tramp Diamond Edition Blu-ray arrived. He couldn't wait to tell my parents that we have that movie now. Isabella was thrilled to watch "the puppy movie". They both sat through the movie and giggle occasionally. They have wanted to watch it several times since then and I adore watching it with them. Both kids especially enjoy scenes with Tramp or when they're singing.

Lady and the Tramp is absolutely classic. I think most Disney movies are. It reminds us of bittersweet childhood memories. It's good that they have it on Blu-ray so that our children can enjoy. The spaghetti dinner is definitely the highlight!
