Pulmuone Introduces New Monterey Gourtmet Pastas And Sauces

The one food my whole family can agree on is pasta. We eat different types of pastas and sauces at least once a week. I was recently introduced to the new all-natural pastas from Pulmuone Foods USA, Inc., makers of Monterey Gourmet Foods. We were sent these 5 different varieties of pasta and two sauces.

We tried them all within a few days so that we could remember what our favorites were.  This is the inside of the Roasted Chicken & Mozzarella, which we all agreed on was the best.  We also liked the Potato Parmesan and Creamy Ricotta Florentine.  None of us were fans of the Fire Roasted Mushroom or Artichoke varieties.

We tried the Hearty Garden Marinara and the Creamy Alfredo.  All four of us absolutely adored the Creamy Alfredo, but weren't fond of the Marinara.  The Marinara had large chunks of vegetables and had a flavor overload.  The Alfredo had a taste we were familiar with and we wished we would have had more to put on the other pastas.

The Monterey Pastas and Sauces make preparing dinner so easy. You simply boil the pasta for a few minutes and heat the sauce up. I really enjoyed having these on busy nights where I didn't feel like cooking. One of the containers of sauces had enough to feed our family of 4 for one meal.  The pouches of Pasta were enough to each feed two people.

Visit Montery Gourmet Pasta to learn more and to view all of their varieties.

I like pasta too on busy work nights. We always make ours with alfredo sauce. Yummy and so easy!

I like to eat pasta, but am not sure how I'd like the stuffed varieties although that photo you put up of the roasted chicken & mozzarella does look very enticing. I love marinara sauce, so was surprised that this one didn't quite live up to your expectations. I am not a fan of alfredo sauce, so would probably pair the roasted chicken & mozzarella with the marinara and see what it tastes like...

The pototo parmesan and the artichoke and colby jack look delicious! I wonder if they carry them here in Colorado. Do you know if they are globally available?

I am going to have to look for these! My daughter loves filled pasta with alfredo sauce! These would be a great addition to what she usually has (she hates red sauce, so if we have it she has something else)

I was really hungry before I saw those pictures...now I have got to get something to eat. This pasta looks soooo good. The Roasted Chicken and Mozzarella would really hit the spot right about now.

Our favorite would also be the Chicken one. For me though, I do love the chunky vegetable variety of sauce, and it helps a bit more if trying to lose a few pounds. I did go to their site by the link and they dont show what stores carries the product. I might assume whole foods might since they are labeled organic and according to site had their roots in a small production company.

thanks for the review. We love love LOVE pasta and have not tried out too many of this sort.

I think I might like the chunkiness of the marinara, but yes to the alfredo for sure!

This looks and sounds delicious. I like chunky bold marinara sauce and you (almost) can't go wrong with alfredo sauce. I'm not so sure about the potato pasta but the other 2 sound really yummy!

These look great, but I don't think they're sold in grocery stores in our area. My husband especially loves stuffed pastas, and I like to keep tortellini from another national brand in the fridge if we're ever in a pinch for weeknight suppers.
