My husband and I kept going back and forth on whether or not we were going to have a #3 and decided in May that we would not prevent it. We decided to leave it to God and if we got pregnant by October, then it was meant to be. We were very excited to learn that we got pregnant right away and are expecting #3 at the end of February. As with my last two pregnancies, this one has been very easy with no real morning sickness or anything else(*knock on wood*). I had a bit of nausea around 7-8 weeks, but nothing too bad!
Two days after my first ultrasound, my mom had her second surgery to *hopefully* remove the rest of her cancer. To our knowledge they got it all, but they said they did last time, so we shall see. Some out of town aunts came in and we got to spend time with them as well. A few days later we took a trip to the mountains to spend A Day Out With Thomas(which I'll post about soon).
Last week we celebrated both of our kids' birthdays. Evan turned 4 on Wednesday and Isabella turned 2 on Friday. After spending a whole week celebrating, Saturday we had a small party at my mom's house with my siblings and out of town aunts since my mom still can't really get out of the house.
Just when I thought life was slowing down, I remembered that my baby sister needs to go to school and fill out all the paper work and whatever else comes with getting ready for her first year of high school! My mom still can't stand for any length of time, so I get to fill in. My sister is also having her braces taken off and having her wisdom teeth taken out - everything is being done this week before she goes back to school. On top of everything else we are sending out another thing about our house being for sale so I need to make sure it is "show ready".
I have some great things that I need to post, but am still chasing my tail and will hopefully have some time to sit down and write out a few posts tonight! I also plan to start visiting again as soon I get a chance to catch my breath. I hope ya'll are all doing well!
I want to add that while I'm over the moon, I am also keeping those of you who have had losses and that are TTC in my mind.
