I don't do as much as I should--I'm also 26 and for me it's just kinda easy to forget about. I use all-natural skincare... but my mom uses this iderma and LOVES it!
I should really do a better job using sunscreen. I am nearing the age where it is really starting to count!

Not as much as I should! I try to use moisturizer every night now but I'm not sure if I'm doing as much as I should.

Sun exposure and dirt makes our skin unhealthy and develop not only wrinkles but dark spots as well. As for me i rehydrate myself by drinking enough water and i also use sunblock or lotion with high spf.I love traveling so I am always exposed to sun's UV rays, this is also the reason why i don't use any skin care products aside from sunblock and lotion. Using anti-aging products need careful applications and less exposure to outdoor activities.
Iderma seems to be a good product for aging but the famous brands that i have heard is olay, ponds etc

I've heard that for anti-aging products to work, it's best to start using them before you actually start showing signs of aging (aka NOW). I use moisturizer and loads of sunscreen.
