DownEast Basics Swimwear Review + Giveaway

With temperatures right at 100 degrees, we've been spending just about every day in the water. I require many swimsuits so that I don't wear them out too quickly. DownEast Basics has a great selection of Modbe and DownEast Swimswear. I was sent the Sunset Swim Dress--Cool Cabana and Crystal Cove Bikini--Cool Cabana.

The Top -
- Long Hollywood-style swim top that features a classic halter neckline, gathering detail along sides and ruffle trim.
- Lined with shelf bra.
- Nylon/spandex.
- Imported.

The Bottoms -
- Low-rise bikini bottom with binding around leg and waist.
- Nylon/spandex.

- This style fits small. For best fit, order 1 size larger than normal.

They have so many cute styles, so I had a hard time deciding. When ordering, I completely missed the part where it said the bottoms ran small, so I asked for the size that I always wear in swimsuits. I definitely should have ordered a larger size. The top and bottoms are too small!

The swimsuit is really cute and has great coverage, but I'm going to need to lose a few pounds before I'd feel comfortable wearing it. I have a larger chest and appreciate that the top is well lined and has a shelf bra. The quality is fantastic - I'd just warn you to order a size larger than you wear in other brands.
