My aunts and I have had an ongoing joke about Flamingos since before they were "in style". Mostly because my grandma totally rocked the plastic variety in her front yard. When given the chance to review a swimsuit from Hatley, I had to go with the Flamingos Girls' 2 Piece Swimsuit.

 




Our adorable two piece Flamingo swimsuit will add loads of fun to your beach holiday! The overall flamingo print suit comes with a contrast, ruffled trim, and front lining. All swimsuits are non-refundable or exchangeable for hygiene purposes. 82% nylon, 18% spandex.










Cute, right?  I was so excited to put this on her for one of our recent boat days.  I took this picture right before we got off the boat.  We were parked at the dock-I always have life jackets on my kids, but got a quick snap of her in the swimsuit.

I think the swimsuit is adorable and the quality is great, but I have big issues with sizing.  Many of Isabella's swimsuits are 18months-2T, so I asked for the size 2.  The top fits pretty well, but the bottoms are HUGE.  She would walk two steps and they'd fall off.  I would be fine if the top was really big too, because I could just let her wear the swimsuit next year - but its not.  I'm not sure if she'll get any use out of this swimsuit because the top fits her this year, but it may be too tight for her next year when the bottoms finally fit.  While I love some of their swimsuits, I'd be hesitant to purchase another one because I don't think their sizing would fit.
