I believe that Oral Hygiene is very important. I do pretty well about brushing my teeth twice a day, but I am not always so good about using Mouth Rinse or flossing. I have good intentions, but with two little kids pulling me in different directions, it often gets overlooked. I'm excited to be part of this program because I want to get better about rinsing.  It only takes a few seconds to do so and it makes my mouth more healthy and clean.  Even though getting ready with two small children can be challenging, I should always take the few seconds for Oral Hygiene!  I will be using it for the next month and will report back on how I did as well as my thoughts on the product.
