Another way to feel incredibly out of shape-put a baby on your back and go up some big hills. Just sayin'. We probably walked for an hour and I was soooo worn out by the end.
You look like you are in fantastic shape to me! I walk uphill with a stroller to my kids' school every day, and you would think I've run a marathon the way I'm huffing and puffing, lol.
Oh my gosh, I so remember doing that with my first child. I didn't have a car back then and we went every where together. Shopping especially, and the malls. We took the bus. We use to have so much fun doing that, but I was only 21 yrs. old at the time too.

Awww...you both are so cute!
I have that same Ergo :) I carried my 2 year old on my back for the Komen 5K back in October and you're right - it's a BIG workout!
You both are so cute!
That is definitely hard! You go! It looks like you were both having a good time, though. It's so nice to get out in the fresh air like that.
You walked an HOUR with her on your back? You are in fantastic shape. You look great btw and am jealous you are in shorts!!

Wow, that is actually impressive! Thos things hurt my back so much. I never used them very long each time.
Carrying your child is EXCELLENT exercise. Then when you get to take them off you feel so much lighter. :)
But, alas, at least you looked cute doing it!
So cute! You look great!
I hate hiking. I could only imagine how much huffing and puffing I would have been doing with a kid on my back. lol :)
Perfect color tones for a beautiful nature photo. Mommy/daughter are lovely.
I bet it is :-)
thanks for the linky
I too LOVE that carrier - what is it?
Our theme was exercise too!
It may be tiring but you 2 are picture perfect. :)

Well, she's a load at this point...no more featherweight! I can't blame you!

I can't imagine. LOL. I wore Shae a few times and it was exhausting.
You are both having fun and she is building your muscles.

LOL! You don't realize how heavy they are until you have to carry them further than from the house to the car:)
Meanwhile, she doesn't look like she broke a sweat. hee!
I'd be worn out too!
I love your carrier. I just started wearing the Moby Wrap last month. I love wraps.
