Hasbro - Tonka Chuck & Friends Chuck's Stunt Park Playset

I had a battery powered train and track when I was little that had fun tunnels and a really cool flip bridge. When I saw the new Hasbro Tonka Chuck & Friends Chuck's Stunt Park Playset, I couldn't help but think of my old train.

Zip, zoom, turn and even flip — this CHUCK’S STUNT PARK playset lets you perform all of these cool stunts and more with your CHUCK THE DUMP TRUCK vehicle!  Send him down the mountain to make him do his flip flop stunt or set him up for his daring two-wheeled hanging stunt. This little daredevil just loves to show off with you. And, since he can “drive” on or off the track, you can also bring him with you to read from his storybook — book.

This is what the pieces look like before they are put together.

Once it is all together, put the batteries in Chuck(not included), and press his license plate to get him rolling.  If you notice, his wheels have grooves to keep him on track.

My kids gasped when he did his first flip.  Now they just giggle as Chuck does his thing down the track.  He doesn't just move though, he also talks!

Not only is the track fun, but Chuck also comes with a book.  Isabella carries books all around the house, and loves to read this one.

The Chuck's Stunt Park Playset is even more fun than I had originally thought.  He flips and makes noise as he zooms around his track.  The kids love to watch him do his "tricks".  The beginning of the track also lights up and makes sounds.  Chuck doesn't have to be on his track to work-which is awesome.  My kids play with Chuck all over the house, whether he's using his track or not.  There are other sets that we plan on purchasing to expand the playset.

Here is a short video of  Chuck in action.  Its a little shaky at first because I was trying to keep the kids back from taking Chuck off of the track.  They had also moved some of the pieces around, so I had to line them up again during the video.  LOL-this is why I usually take videos when they're not around.

My daughter recently discovered the Chuck trucks and she loves them. There is a large one at her playgroup, and she carries it around and pretends it's a baby. She also drives it on the floor, but then I guess it gets hungry and has to go in the high chair. She is adorable with it, and she now has a small Chuck truck at home and will hopefully get some more for Christmas.

My son would love this! I'm not sure how long it would actually stay together (he's pretty rough on toys!), but he would sure have fun with it. He loves the Chuck trucks too.

I love that he works off of the track as well as talks. My daughter would also love that there was a book that goes along with it. Sounds like an extremely fun toy especially since you can buy more tracks for it.

This looks like a fun toy! My kids have a few of these trucks. We have no sets though. The trucks hold up. They are sturdy and great for little hands.

sounds like a really fun toy. I like that he can also work without being on the track. All his sounds and tricks are really cool... think my daughter would love this.

My grandson would love it. It sounds like it would really grab the attention of a toddler the way it flips and makes sounds with or without a track. joycemlinek@yahoo.com

Oh this is cool! My boys would love it but then again they usually love all kinds of trucks! This one has extras though so it might become a fave.

My 4 yr old daughter was playing with her cousin with this toy last week and she just thought it was the cats meow. I was pretty impressed with it also!

My son always liked Chuck! This set looks very cool because it seems there aren't a lot of parts that can be broken. We had a similar set (not Hasbro Tonka) and the mechanisms that caused the train to perform "stunts" snapped after lots of play. This one looks more durable.

My son likes his Chuck trucks too. I didn't know they made "accessories" for the trucks like this track. I appreciate that it includes a storybook!
