Wordless Wednesday - Zoo Day
It finally cooled down and hubby had this past Wednesday off so we headed to the zoo. These are just a few random pictures from our day.
And is it just me, or are these things really creepy? LOL-they kind of remind me of those worms on Sesame Street.

so cute! We dont' have giraffes or elephants here at the Alaska Zoo, which I really miss. But I guess the polar bears sort of make up for it! :)

WOW that Giraffe is SO CLOSE, my daughter would go nuts. She LOVES Giraffes!!!!
Looks like a fun day at the zoo! And yes, those things look super creepy...but my daughter would try to touch one for sure. LOL I can't wait to take the kids back to the zoo now that it isn't 7,000 degrees here. The last time we went all of the animals were sleeping under the shade.
