Its Almost Time To Start The Christmas Card Challenge

Do you dread taking Christmas card pictures as much as I do? I always torture myself and send photo cards.  With two toddlers it is almost impossible to get a shot where they both look OK. I took them to have their pictures taken for the 1 and 3 year birthdays and NONE of them turned out good. I still don't know what I'm going to do about that.

One thing is for sure, even if I can't get a good one of both together, I can usually get one of each of them by themselves. I will be using Shutterfly Christmas Cards this year. If I can do the impossible and get a good one of them together and then good individual ones, I am going to go with this peppermint bliss card.  It will be cute to have a shot of them together in the middle and then one of each on the sides.  The whimsical design of this card is fun for kids.

I will start trying to get pictures soon because who knows how many tries it will take to get the "perfect shots".  Be sure to visit Shutterfly - they also have great Christmas present ideas for grandparents.  I love giving wall calendars as gifts.

This was not a paid post and honest opinions were used. The opinions are solely my own and may vary from others. I will be receiving 50 cards for writing this post.

All I can say is that tic tac bribery works wonders, shake the pack above your head and you'll get them looking at the camera everytime!

I'm thinking I won't even get the girls in the same shot this year!

And, I love the candy canes..I did a card for a friend like that last year; using the candy canes as letters.
