Marmaduke DVD Review And Giveaway

Sometimes you just want to watch a movie that will make you laugh. Marmaduke is one of those movies.


An all-star cast of voice talents, including Owen Wilson (Marley & Me), George Lopez (“The George Lopez Show”), Kiefer Sutherland (“24”), and Fergie (The Black Eyed Peas) lend their voices to the dog-out-of-water tale about what happens when the lovable oversized pooch is unleashed in an idyllic seaside town.

When Marmaduke (Wilson) moves to a new neighborhood with his family, the super-sized teenage dog soon discovers he just doesn’t fit in—literally! Marmaduke can’t help being a one-dog wrecking crew, causing fur-flying chaos wherever he roams. But, with the help of his friend, Carlos the Cat (Lopez), Marmaduke may just get out of the doghouse, fall in love, and surf off into the sunset.

Hubby was working late so I decided to eat dinner with the kids in front of the television. The movie had me rolling on the floor within a few minutes of it starting. Evan immediately says, "That puppy can talk!!" while Isaebella(who loves animals) kept saying, "HEYYYY Puppy!".


Evan thoroughly enjoyed the DVD and it even held Isabella's attention for a little while. My mom called while we were watching it and wants us to bring it over tomorrow. I know my mom and sister will love it as much as we do. My husband will get to see it tomorrow too.

If you are looking for a movie that will keep the whole family entertained and laughing, Marmaduke fits the bill!

You should get a Greyhound! Greyhounds have a history of being bred for racing so they will help push you to go faster. They are friendly and loyal companions who like people, even those they don’t know.

You should get a Bichon Frise! Bichons are very friendly dogs who love children and are great to snuggle up with. And as an extra bonus, they don’t shed so you won’t have fur all over you when you’re done with your cuddle.

Are you a bookworm and want a dog that is just as smart?
You should get a poodle! Poodles are one the smartest breeds of dogs. They take direction well and can be taught to do tricks. They like people and love to play, and are even known to swim!
