Family Vacation - Coral Beach Resort & Suites, Myrtle Beach, SC - The Room

Last week was my 25th birthday, so we decided to go to the beach. We go to the beach pretty often, but haven't been to Myrtle Beach in a really long time. I forgot how many people go there. I saw license plates from all over the US!

We stayed at Coral Beach Oceanfront Resort And Suites. As you can see on their sign, they were named the best family resort by the travel channel!

They have a ton of on site amenities and entertainment to keep the whole family busy. I'll post about all that they have to offer later, but I wanted to show you how relaxing their rooms are first.

We stayed in an Oceanfront Executive suite. When you first go in, there was a room that had two double beds.

It also had a dresser, TV, and closet. We brought a playard with us and set it up beside the dresser for Isabella to sleep in. Evan slept in one of the beds.

As you can see in the picture above, the room leads into the fully equipped kitchen. It also has a coffee maker and toaster that you can't see in this picture. All you need is food and paper towels. It had pots, pans, spoons, forks, bowls, plates, cups, coffee mugs - EVERYTHING you'd need!

Off of the kitchen was the bathroom. It had a large counter with sink and a room with the potty and bath/shower.

The living room has a couch and a chair on one side.

With the TV, safe, and table on the other side.

The living room also had a Murphy double bed. Just pull on the handles and you have a 3rd bed if you need it.

The best part is the balcony off of the living room. As you can see-we had a great view of the beach. I'll show you everything that we could see off of our balcony in the next post when I show all that Coral Beach has to offer.

The room was perfect for us. It makes me sad to look at these pictures because I want to be sitting on that balcony drinking coffee right now.

I loved that the room was separated from the living room by the kitchen and bathroom. We could put the kids to bed in the bedroom and close the two doors in the kitchen so we could sit int he living room or out on the balcony without disturbing them.

Stay tuned for pictures of the amenities and entertainment at Coral Beach Resort And Suites. I'll also write another post on the Ripley's Aquarium.

This was not a paid post and honest opinions were used. The opinions are solely my own and may very from others. Coral Beach Resorts & Suites provided us with 2 complimentary nights and 2 additional nights at a media rate.

I just found your blog a couple weeks ago, and girl you are the luckiest lady in the world to be able to do things like this, and get some great stuff to review. I'm so jealous! ;)
Great blog, keep up the great work!

What a great room! We have thought about going down there and hate chancing hotels since it's so far away. I'll have to remember this hotel! Perfect for kids!

With a family, a room with kitchen is the way to go for sure!! So nice that the bedroom was separated too... Always nice to not have to worry about waking the kids with tv or chatting, etc.

I think I could live in that suite permanently! The kitchen is wonderful--better than the one I have in my house for sure!
