The Dangers Of Blogging

Has anyone told you about the dangers of blogging? Here is just a taste of what comes from blogging. THIS is why I try to blog while they're napping.

They were in the same room with me over by the toy box. I THOUGHT they were playing with a car. I guess Evan had hidden a SHARPIE somewhere and decided to create a work of art on Isabella. I really need an easel. :) Her toenails are painted black too...but I didn't snap a picture of that before trying to scrub it off.

Thank goodness he had JUST done it so I was able to quickly wash it off with dish soap and water.

Rubbing alcohol works pretty good to get sharpie off of skin. ;) Not that it's the best thing for her skin, but if you're ever in a pinch. :) She is so dang cute, even with Sharpie all over her face.

oh boy! Was he trying to put eye liner on her? I'm glad it came off easily! :)

My friends husband was watching his children while she stepped out to have some girl time. Well, he fell asleep and his two boys found 2 Sharpies. They decorated his face, chest and arms before he woke up. Sure does make for a great family laugh - hoping you can laugh about now and long into the future.

So cute though! Kids will be kids. Same thing with my little man. The other day, my husband was on the computer and without him knowing it, our little boy had already drew on this really nice jeans and you can see it too. He thought it won't come off anymore, but nothing like the magic of baby wipes. So cute!

LOL! I agree nap time is the best time..my almost 3 year old still colors all over herself when I'm not looking.

too funny.... yes, my kids always make a mess of something if I blog while they are around. Problem is, they're ALWAYS around! haha

Here's something for future reference. If it 'sets' in the skin, you can always use lotion on a cotton ball and it comes off really well. Then you could use soap and water go get the residual ink off.

Yikes! :)

I shouldn't laugh, but this was hilarious! I see the joys in parenting two! I've got to start working on a second so my little guy can have someone to draw on! :)

It's scary how much trouble they can get in even when they're in the same room as you! I try to blog during nap time as well. Basically whatever time I can get is when I blog.

Sorry, but that is hysterical! When they're quiet, that's when you have to be worried!

That is funny , and yep it can happen pretty fast. Wait till she decides she can be the artist on herself. My youngest has been spotted with great scribbles on her legs... oh the joys.

So cute (even with Sharpie on her face)! My sister had a dalmation. When her kids were little they decided to play connect the dots with a purple sharpie on the dog. The poor dog had purple sharpie on her for quiet a while!

I don't know if it's just dangers in Blogging. My 4 year old came home from preschool with his shirt cut, right in the middle. After a bit of probing, he finally told us that he thought it would be funny to cut his shirt with his safety scissors. I was so annoyed, and certainly got after him! I had just bought the shirt.

It's always when they are quietest that you should worry! I also wait for my son to nap or bed time because he likes to get into things! Just today he got up on the glass table and almost got the fish tank!

Way too cute. Kids not only say the darndest things they do them too. I resently came into the room to find my friend's 2 yr old son with Cheetoes between his toes! He'd seen mom put cotton balls between hers to paint her toenails and decided to improvise.
