-1-1.5lbs of ground beef or turkey(I used 2.5lbs of turkey so that I would have leftovers for lunch during the week)
-package of taco seasoning
-lettuce(I bought that huge bag for less than $3 and used it all week for salads and such)
-sour cream(forgot to put in picture)
Brown the hamburger or turkey meat and drain. Add package of taco seasoning according to directions on back.
Crush up a few tortilla chips in the bottom of a bowl.
Add lettuce and seasoned meat.
Pile on the toppings.
Hubby usually puts jalapeno peppers on his as well. You could also add some corn, beans, or whatever else you want.
