My family told me not to take a picture because someone might see-but I didn't care. If your car looks like this, I'm going to take pictures and blog about it.
Have these people EVER heard of a trash can? The ONLY seat that didn't have trash piled high was the driver's seat.
PS-if this is YOUR car...clean it out! Just sayin...

I have seen a few cars like that driving down the road. ICK! Can you imagine how bad it must smell inside? I would be so claustrophobic. This is absolutely disgusting!!
That is ridiculous! Suddenly I don't feel so bad about a little dirt and a couple wrappers in my car.

I saw a car once just about as cluttered as that one, but with newspapers. I always wonder if their house looks like that, too. Scary thought!

I saw something very similar a couple months ago when I was coming out of Target. There was this cute bright blue VW Bug parked next to me so I always peek in to see what types of flowers they have in their little vases they have. Well no flowers here that I could see b/c it too was filled with trash! TONS of coke 12pack empty boxes, fast food, and clothes; epecially shoes! So weird! Wish I had my camera too!
What in the???? How can anyone let their car get THAT bad! That's awful. All they'd have to do is open the door and let some of that grossness ooze out and it would be a little better.

Hope you had a great stay a Wolf Lodge we were supposed to go to the one in the Poconos over President's weekend but had to cancel due to the snow.

Wow! I cleaned out my car this weekend and I thought it was bad. Now, I feel much better.
WOW!! I have to admit my hubby lives in our car all week, and I get after him all the time for the disgustingness of it all, but nothing compares to that--I can cut him some slack :) Just a little. LOL!!

It is more than likely psychological. I knew someone like this once. She was a precious lady. And, she was a horder. Yes, there were rodents in her car. The police would stop her every few weeks and make her clean out enough to be able to see out all of the windows. It is a very sad condition. One must wonder what has happened over the course of someone's life to cause them to feel compelled to do this.
Sadly, when we used to live in an apartment, there was a car that belonged to someone in our building that looked just.like.that. It was so disgusting. We had to drive past various dumpsters from the complex entrance to our building, so it's not like he had no excuse!

I was thinking the same as Evonne was...wonder what their HOUSE is like and if they raise children? AND, for GOD's sake what are they eating everyday. Not to judge, but when something gets THIS bad you have to wonder if their is a physical or emotional limitation.
I feel bad when my laundry piles up at home, my back storage room is a mess yet from Christmas, and our garage needs a good cleaning. CARS...um, need a cleaning but not the SWAT team in!

That is so gross. How hard is it to throw stuff away when you fill up your car? Someone needs to report that because it is a safety concern, they can't see out of their car to drive.

Wow, I am way concerned about the judgemental attitudes from people. You do not have a clue what could have caused this to happen. You cannot just cure someone from a mental disorder by cleaning out their car. It could cause them great distress!
But this could have been a joke someone played and filled a friend's car with garbage as a joke. Or a husband and wife got in an argument about cleaning the car and someone tried to prove a point, which is hilarious! Or more likely, the person has a mental illness, which you can't cure by telling them what to do. If they COULD clean it, they would.
It is gross, they can't help it, but peoole CAN help their attitudes.
Wow..that's a lot of stuff. But there is a disorder that involves hoarding..There is even a show about it...my stepdaughter has it. She "collects" anything and everything...it's really hard to deal with. We have to go in her room and clean it out every once in awhile because she hardly throws anything anyway..we try to be understanding but have to limit it due to her hoarding actual garbage, especially used kleenex and food-stuff...and all the stuff she picks up off the ground that's just nasty.
The car itself looks to be in pretty good shape? But I would be really nervous if I was the one that had to clean out that car! The thought of a rat jumping out at me would scare the living crud out of me!
You sure the person that owned that car isn't a recycling over doer like my sis-in-law. Maybe this person pulled over and picked up every piece of trash they saw when they were driving to recycle them. Just a maybe. Yet, probably not. No, I haven't seen anything like it.
SAD... but I would have blogged it too!
