Make Cookies In Style With Wilton Cookie Pro Ultra II Cookie Press

Evan has become a big help when it comes to cooking. He runs to grab a stool every time that I step into the kitchen. I am always trying to find new ways that he can participate.

Wilton carries several products that Evan likes to help with. Wilton has been the industry leader in cake decorating, quality bakeware and food crafting for 80 years. They are a name brand that my family trusts and turns to for our baking needs.

Wilton sent us the Cookie Pro Ultra II Cookie Press.

Making traditional spritz cookies has never been so easy! Cookie Pro™ Ultra II is designed to be the easiest to fill, most comfortable press you've ever used. And, with 16 terrific shapes, including 4 fun mini cookie designs, your holiday cookie baskets will be more festive than ever! Includes complete instructions and delicious recipes. Perfect for making spritz cookies!

We used one of the recipes that is included to make the chocolate sugar cookies.

It is best to put the cookie dough in the refrigerator for a few minutes so that it isn't too soft. When you're ready, simply take the top off of the press and put the cookie dough inside the tube.

Choose the shape that you want your cookies to be in.

Place the black shape into the end of the press. It even says, THIS SIDE OUT, so that you know which way to put it in.

Turn the handle so that it is pointing down and get ready to press the dough out of the tube.

Place the end of the tube down on the cookie sheet and press the handle. Lift up, and you'll see the shape. I learned that it was better not to press on a greased sheet because the cookie dough would sometimes come up when I lifted the press. Some of the cookie dough sticks up when you take the press off and I just pushed it down a little with my finger.

Put the cookies in the oven and let them cool when they're done. We tried most of the shapes and they all came out looking amazing.

The recipe that we used from the box was super yummy and our whole family enjoyed eating them. Evan had fun helping me choose which shape to use and loved eating them even more. The cookie press allows us to make pretty cookies with little effort.

I would recommend the Wilton Cookie Pro Ultra II Cookie Press to anyone that wants to make cookies that always look amazing. Visit Wilton to view their full line of products.

I might have to look into this one. Mine crapped out this Christmas.

I've wanted one of these forever. I'm not sure why though. I like to think I can cook, but it's not really true. So I'm not sure if I would know how to use it properly. Glad to hear it's easy!

I love spritz cookies and have original cookie presses from that era. I also have a wilton; maybe the first one? Great review.
