The Latur All Natural Casserole Dish is made entirely by hand using the ancient art of sand casting by pouring premium quality alloy molten aluminum into sand molds, then going through four levels of polishing. Recycled aluminum is the primary component of this hardworking metal, which reflects the shine of silver but requires no polishing. Goes from refrigerator to oven to table and is perfectly suited for today's casual lifestyles.

Many people are starting to eat more organic food, but they don't think about all of the unhealthy materials that many dishes and containers are made from. This Casserole Dish is made of natural materials and is environmentally friendly.

Not only is it a "green" product, but it is beautiful. A care pamphlet came with the Casserole Dish telling me more about it. I learned that more than 12 different sets of hands were involved in making my dish. It is amazing to me that people still take that much love and care into making products.


The Casserole Dish is just as practical as it is stylish. It can be used to chill food in the refrigerator or can be heated up to 350 degrees in the oven. Hand washing is required, but I am fine with using as much care with the dish as possible. You also want to avoid cutting on the surface so that you don't scratch the finish.
