Hasbro Games Review And Giveaway

My family has always played games together. I remember making my parents play Candy Land over and over again. Some of my favorite memories are from sitting around the coffee table and playing as a family.



Hasbro has a huge selection of fun games for the whole family. Candy Land is actually a Habsbro Brand. Hasbro was created in 1923 and is now a name that all children know. Some of their brands include Nerf, Tonka, G.I. Joe, I-Dog, Lite-Brite, and many more.

Hasbro sent us Gator Golf and 5 card games: Monopoloy Deal Card Game, Pictureka!, Littlest Pet Shop Go Fish!, Crazy Old Fish War, and Scrabble Slam!.




Each card game was a fun spin off of the original game. We have played them all with my parents and siblings several times since receiving the box, but I think our favorite is Scrabble Slam! You choose a 4 letter word and deal the rest of the cards out to the players. Each card has a letter on each side and you have to try and get rid of your cards the fastest.


Each card that you lay down has to make the 4 letter word into a different word. For example, we started out with DATE and ended up with ZONE by the end of the game.


I knew Evan would love Gator Golf. It comes with 2 golf clubs, a gator, and golf ball. This is a picture of my husband giving him a few tips on mini golf. :)


To play is easy, just hit the ball into the gators mouth. The gator closes his mouth when the ball goes through. The only thing that would make it better is if he would open his mouth back up when the ball reaches the tail.


When the ball reaches the tail, it flips up in the air and back to the player. You do have to go back to the gator and open his mouth. The first person that gets 4 balls in wins the game. Having the ball fly through the air is Evan's favorite part of the whole game.


We have had so much fun playing all of these games as a family. Just combine a game and good snacks to make a game night gift basket that would make a perfect gift for any family.
