Diaper Ointment

I know...WHY would I do a post about diaper ointment? Because I am now a believer!

Evan NEVER had diaper rash, until now. He has FIVE....that's right FIVE NEW teeth coming in. And that doesn't count the molars that have been coming in for a while now! I HOPE that it just has something to do with these teeth coming in and this isn't going to be an ongoing problem for us. Everyone tells me its because of these teeth. His poor little bottom started to look AWFUL! All of a sudden, it was so bad that he would SCREAM when we changed his diaper.

We tried a few of the other, regular brand diaper rash ointment but they weren't working!

THEN, I remembered I had some Burt's Bees diaper ointment that my aunt had given me. I put it on him and by THE NEXT diaper change it already looked so much better! I'm assuming it has something to do with the Vitamin A AND E in it. AND it's 100% natural!!!

If you have a baby or know anyone having a baby, I strongly suggest this. I definitely stand behind BURT'S BEES "BABY BEE DIAPER OINTMENT"! I think at some point all babies have diaper rash. LOL, the back even says "Our enriched beeswax formula helps keep Baby dry, comfortable and cooing, while essential oils and herbal extracts work to soothe Baby's delicate bottom.
So tonight, I slathered my baby's "delicate bottom" up after giving him a baking soda bath and hopefully it will be "all better" in the morning! Ok, I know this stuff isn't miracle ointment so hopefully it will at least look a little better in the morning!

Want to get some? Visit Burt's Bees and you can get a 2oz tube for 7.50.

Anyone else have any baby product that they swear by?

OR any other Burt's Bees product that I dont know about? I had no clue they made "Baby Bee" products! Pin It!

Ohh I think I have some ointment from Burt's Bees in a gift pack as well.

Another brand that has done wonders in our house is "Earth Mama Angel Baby" (in some sort of order, I think that's the right order). :P

I don't know why some drs out there say teething does not cause diaper rash...my DD gets it every time her teeth start acting up.

We love Burt's Bees in our house. The Apricot Oil, the Buttermilk Lotion and when my toddler feels the need for "lipstick" I feel safe letting her wear my Beeswax Lip Balm.
